Hello.

I’m Emma.
Lovely to meet you.

I have been working in the creative world for over 15 years now and do you know what? I love it. My working life started working for one of Cornwall’s food institutions - Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, where I gained a great deal of knowledge and creative expertise working alongside some talented colleagues as well as through forming solid partnerships. Whilst working there, I completed my Professional Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing which complimented my practical experience. Since then, I have worked in creative marketing management roles until I eventually decided to become freelance and work for myself.

My biggest focus now is around creating authentic, engaging and innovative content. The pure joy of being a freelancer is that no day is the same. I get to work with lots of interesting and creative people and thrive on learning new things, meeting new people and finding solutions. I love nothing more than listening to the passion someone has for their business or product and then finding ways to elevate their brand to another level.

Away from my desk (and at my desk) my biggest passion is food. If I’m not eating it, I’m thinking about it. I find freelancing so fulfilling because there are so many creative small to medium sized businesses who require support but who are not always in a position to employ someone. Freelancing gives businesses the flexibility to take on someone for as much or as little as they need. I am Cornwall based, but am very happy to work remotely or travel if required. Do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements, I would love to hear from you.
